A. The selected respondent(s) will preside over employee transfer and discharge hearings provided in Utah Code section 10-3-1105 and the Park City Employee Handbook section 8.3. The selected respondent(s) will work with PCMC to schedule hearings and will preside over the hearings including taking and receiving evidence and fully hearing and 3 determining the matter which relates to the reason for the discharge, suspension, or transfer. Subsequent to the hearing, the selected respondent(s) will draft a decision complete with findings of fact and conclusions of law following all requirements in state law and city code/policy. B. The selected respondent(s) will preside over administrative code enforcement hearings, including working with PCMC to schedule hearings, taking and receiving evidence, and fully hearing and determining matters related to the PCMC Administrative Code Enforcement Program, described in Title 11, Chapter 19 of the Park City Code, and violations of PCMC’s building code (Title 11 of the Park City Code), land management code (Title 15 of the Park City Code), business license code (Title 4 of the Park City Code), and other ordinances. Subsequent to the hearings, the selected respondent(s) will draft a decision complete with findings of fact and conclusions of law following all requirements in state law and city code/policy.
