The intent of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is to obtain proposals from and the services of qualified Architectural and Engineering firms to produce detailed designs, construction drawings, specifications and participate in public engagement for the reinvestment projects at Cameron Brown Park and Bob Hailey Athletic Complex. This is a phased approach for design that entails the following construction projects. 1. A new parking lot 2. Converting a natural grass baseball field into a synthetic turf flex field 3. Converting the road within Cameron Brown Park and access road to Bob Hailey Athletic Complex from one-way to two-way traffic 4. Updating the restroom/concession building at Bob Hailey Park that services the football fields
