The selected firm shall provide grant writing services for INDOT pursuing grants that are available through the the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) otherwise known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and others that the agency may qualify, on an as-needed basis. INDOT anticipates submitting greater that 15 grants during the contract period for these services. Additionally, the selected firm may be directed to provide grant writing review services for grant proposals developed by other parties, though that service is expected to be a minor part of the overall contract, if at all. Interested respondents to this RFP item shall detail in the Letter of Interest (LOI) submittal the expected level of effort to produce typical federal grant applications. The cost proposal shall be included in the 12 (8 1/2" x 11") page LOI page count limit. This contract will be managed by INDOT's Central Office.
