3.1 Provide 100% turnkey project that includes the fabrication, installation, and delivery as required. 3.2 Hold the proper licenses and maintain all required licenses for the duration of the contract. In addition, the contractor is responsible to secure all documentation 3.3 Contractor shall return all damaged or rejected products to manufacturer at no additional cost to the County. 3.4 Contractor shall remove all excess materials, packaging, and equipment prior to delivery acceptance. 3.5 Contractors shall fabricate and provide 35' W × 10’ L x 36" H custom aluminum work barge with crane, trailer, and grapple implement per the attached specifications that is new, current, and equipped with requested equipment and accessories, turnkey, and delivered to the LCWA. Equipped barge shall be capable of carrying a load of approximately 15,000 lbs.
