Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. It is the intent of Washington State to promote open competition and transparency for all contracts for goods and services. In accordance with Department of Enterprise Service (DES) policy #DES140-00, all intended sole source contracts must be made available for public inspection for a period of not less than fifteen (15) working days before the start date of the contract. This Sole Source Notification satisfies the requirement. I.B. Scope of Work. In order to accomplish the general objectives of this Contract, Contractor shall perform the following specific duties to the satisfaction of the OSPI Contract Manager: • Provide up to five hundred (500) Custom Tests o Custom testing includes computer assessments, and can also include handwritten as well as virtually proctored assessments. o Tests shall be administered throughout the academic year. o Report including the following information must accompany the monthly invoice: ▪ Evidence of completed tests, subject area, tests scores. ▪ Enrolled School and District • Provide up to five hundred (500) Virtual Proctors o Testing proctors shall administer virtually proctored assessments throughout the academic year. o A Report including the following information must accompany the monthly invoice: ▪ School and District or Organization affiliation ▪ Number of Proctoring Session administered; subject area • Provide up to five hundred (500) handwritten test results
