1. Removal and replacement of the existing, approximately 3,500 Square Foot Built-up Roofing System on the Home Field House along with other miscellaneous repairs. 2. Miscellaneous Repair work at the Visitor’s Field House Building and Roof. 3. Removal and replacement of the existing, approximately 300 Square Foot Built-up Roofing System on the Pressbox along with other miscellaneous repairs. 4. Removal and replacement of the existing, approximately 2,000 Square Foot extruded aluminum canopy system on the Gymnasium. 5. Removal and replacement of the existing, approximate 1,440 Square Foot Aluminum Framed Greenhouse with related components. 6. Miscellaneous repair work at the Football Stadium or elsewhere on campus as indicated on the plans.
