1. Infrastructure 1.1 Abstract: The Village is seeking an on premise DMS solution and intends to utilize the Azure AD for authentication. 1.2 Must work with existing scale hyper-converged server infrastructure 1.3 Must utilize Azure Active Directory for authentication (will not require a separate username/password for Village employees) 1.4 Must use role based security 1.5 Must provide sandbox environment for testing/development 1.6 Please describe proposed server/application architecture, specially noting recommended servers with corresponding components and their requirements for database, application, and web portions. For purposes of this deign assume there is no public (non-Village employee) access to the DMS system. 2. Functionality/Integration 2.1 Abstract: The Village intends to consolidate all DMS solutions to the single DMS proposed from this RFP. The initial focus of the DMS will be to house documents from the BS&A solution, however, additional functionality and integration points will be desired. 2.2 Must be a supported DMS solution for BS&A cloud software suite. 2.3 Must provide integrations with the following applications 2.3.1 Office 365 2.3.2 Granicus agenda management 2.3.3 Outlook client 2.3.4 Neogov 2.4 Must provide RESTful API capability 3.
