Hosting services should include: • Providing general Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and commitments. The proposed SLA should include such information as support hours, vendor response times, resolution times and escalation triggers. • Supporting security strategies against malicious actions, denial of service attacks and other common threats. • Setting up and administering regular daily backups of site, media and databases.
