Contractor shall be responsible for: A. Furnishing, without additional cost to the District, all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, manufactured articles, inspection, testing, and other services necessary or required for the performance and completion of the Work as detailed in the Contractor Documents. B. Performing, at no extra cost to the District, any minor items of work not specifically shown on the Contract Drawings or called for in the Specifications, but clearly required in order to meet the intent of the design, current industry standards specified, and the safe, reliable, long-term operation of the Work. C. Covering all transportation, housing costs, and subsistence expenses of hispersonnel. D. Shipping, receiving, unloading, storage and protection of all materials and equipment. E. Demolition and Disposal of all material and equipment from existing systems being replaced, except as may specifically be identified as salvage. F. Arial work platform for duration of work if deemed necessary for access to and from top of crane. G. All rigging and tooling necessary for removal and replacement of components.
