1. Removal and disposal of tank liquids and/or removal of tank pit water (if required by state). 2. Removal and disposal of contaminated soils (if any present). 3. Removal of the two (2) 10,000-gallon fiberglass USTs and associated piping. • Under no circumstances shall the tank be cut-up or broken into pieces on-site. 4. Clean and properly dispose of the tanks and piping. 5. Backfill tank pit with the excavation material (if there is no evidence of contamination) and finishing to surface grade with #57 limestone aggregate. 6. Properly dispose of all recyclable and non-recyclable residual tank materials. 7. Collect and analyze all samples necessary to compete the required report to the USTB. 8. Complete regulatory required notifications and reporting, including Closure Assessment Report (CAR).
