1. Daily work will be performed every day of building occupancy, five (5) days per week, less holidays. a. Empty, damp wipe, and replace bags for all waste baskets and food compost containers. b. Spot clean all entrance door glass on first floor (inside and out). c. Spot clean all plexiglass shields. d. Clean and shine around elevator switches on all floors. e. Clean and polish stainless steel inside elevator. f. Vacuum both stairs from third floor to basement, spot mopping hard surfaces if needed, and dust ledges. g. Vacuum elevator thoroughly. h. Sweep outside walkways adjacent to building entrances. i. Spot clean noticeable debris from floors in off-day areas as required to maintain a uniformly clean building appearance. j. Empty all recyclable paper baskets on Tuesday and Thursday except mail room in basement which will be emptied daily. The recyclable paper baskets in the Customer Service area, ComCare, and 3rd Floor shall be emptied in the shredder box daily. k. Clean all employee coffee break areas, counter tops, and cabinets. l. Service hand sanitizer dispensers and replace batteries as needed. 2. Community Room, First Floor a. Check at first of shift to be sure chairs are straight and floors are clean. b. This work to be done last, after each evening: 1. Spot wash walls and doors. 2. Clean and shine light switches and outlets. 3. Sweep kitchen floor, all LVT areas and restroom floors thoroughly. 4. Spot mop LVT floors. (Spray buff two times per week). 5. Vacuum carpet thoroughly. 6. Put extra tables into storage room. 7. Dump waste containers and food compost containers. 8. Restrooms (refer to B, #2). 9. Keep storage area neat and clean. 10. Every shift, check and clean as needed kitchen, including countertops, cabinets, floors, sinks, all appliances, and soffit/ceiling. Wash and stock dish towels.
