Specific services to be provided by the vendor selected under this RFP include: 1. Provide equipment, software and/or service for real-time interpretation and translation of meetings with high public attendance such as City Council meetings. a. Service should allow for real-time interpretation for audience members in Council chambers. b. Service should allow for real-time interpretation for the audience streaming the meeting online. c. Whenever possible, interpretation should be accompanied by translated text for the hearing impaired. d. Price will be quoted at a base amount and hourly rate for additional hours can be requested based on need. 2. Ensure appropriate and accurate interpretations and translations are available and accessible through the provided equipment, software and/or service for all City Council meetings, one additional committee meeting per month and additional times upon request. 3. Provide appropriate training for relevant City staff to assist residents with utilizing language translation and interpretation services. 4. Prepare data, summaries, or reports requested for ARPA funding, as requested by the ARPA Project Management Office.
