• The Transfer Station facility is located at 50 Dump Road in Chester, New Hampshire. • Clearing must begin once there are 3” of snow on the ground. • Provider will plow the entirety of the front, side, and rear of the open areas from the entrance to the exit of the facility. Snow must be pushed back and ground cleared to asphalt. See diagram marked as Attachment A. • Provider provides and applies sand/salt materials. • Facility is staffed and/or open to the public Wednesday 4pm through 8pm and Saturday from 6am through 3pm. Entire facility must be cleared and salted/sanded prior to staff arrival. • Facility is open to vendors as follows: o Tuesdays, must have clear path to MSW compactor lower level ramp from exit gate between 6am – 5pm o Wednesdays, must be cleared and treated by 8am o Thursdays, must be cleared and treated by 8am
