The District is seeking an e-Discovery and trial support service supplier for its Law Department for a three (3) year period. The Law Department is comprised of 38 employees including 25 attorneys and other support staff (“Legal Staff”). The required services include e-Discovery and trial support services. The required e-Discovery assistance includes project management, processing, hosting, analysis and production of litigation case documents including ESI, paper documents (requiring electronic conversion) and potentially other media, for various department matters. The hosting and document review tool should be a secure web-based platform (preferably RealtivityOne or a comparable document review platform) with a minimum of 1 to 2TB of data (included in the annual cost) for 5 to 10 concurrent end users, as needed and have the availability to utilize computer-assisted review. Finally, this is also an open order for trial support services, including duplication, delivery, set-up, and pick up, on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to, the items identified in Appendix A- Cost Proposal. Other items not listed, but which fall within the same commodity group may be ordered. Additionally, as needed, the use of a trial presentation software license and in-court operator services should be provided. There is no guarantee as to what quantities will be purchased. The District will only pay for services actually ordered and received.
