Minimum Requirements. • Security o Role-based access control o Compatible with Gmail (please list what systems it needs to be compatible with) • The proposed platform must have query capability and handle the following tasks: SQL Server Data Connections, Oracle Data Connections, Free Typing of SQL Queries, Graphic User Interface for query generation, Integrated scripting language (i.e., Python) • The proposed platform must have reporting capability with the following functions: o Producing PDF report files, o Producing CSV report files, o Producing interactive web-based data visualizations and supporting detail o Ability to email reports on a schedule and distribution list. o Ability to FTP report files. o Ability to save reports to a local or networked drive. o Ability to run a report once and have the results sent to subsets (aka bursting). o Ability for end users to interact with the tool to enter parameters. o Ability to include images and photos on PDF reports.
