The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking proposals from vendors to support the provision of case management services for clients on supervised release. Within DHS, the Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) mission is to improve quality of life for individuals and communities by promoting hope, health, and healing. DHS is required under Wis. Stat. 980.08 (6m) to arrange for the control, care, and treatment of individuals court ordered for supervised release in the least restrictive manner and in accordance with the plan for supervised release approved by the court. DHS fulfills this requirement in part through community services, including case management and associated services, provided to clients through a contracted service provider.
