a. To provide to the students, faculty, staff and visitors at the College a nutritious and appetizing variety of food, beverages and snacks. b. To provide catering services for various College events such as banquets, private parties, receptions, refreshments service, conferences or other special events on a twelve-month basis as requested by the College. This is not an exclusive arrangement. c. To provide affordably priced food. For many MCC students, finances are a daily challenge. We have many students who receive financial aid, and who struggle with basic needs such as food and housing resources. Our students are more likely to purchase food items that are reasonably priced and affordable. Collaboration with MCC Food Pantry. d. To provide collaboration with the MCC culinary program that operates from the Lowell campus directly adjacent to the servery. e. To ensure that accurate and complete records of the Food Services and Catering Services operations are maintained and submitted to the College each semester (dependent on proposed business model) in order for those operations to be reviewed and managed effectively. f. To operate in compliance with local, state and federal regulations with respect to health, safety and cleanliness. g. To coordinate Food Services and Catering Services operations to allow for maximum efficiency, quality and consistency between all campus locations.
