The work to be done under this contract shall be in accordance with these specifications and referenced standards includes but not limited to various tree trimming, tree removal, stump removal, Certified Arborist inspections and reporting, and tree related emergency response. Incidental to this work are safety controls and measures for operations, all equipment necessary to perform tree removal and/or maintenance work, and all other incidental items. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and completed within the identified bid items at various locations within the Town of Fairhaven as directed by the BPW Highway Superintendent, the Fairhaven Tree Warden and or their appointed designee.
