• Replacement of existing Detention grade hollow metal doors and frames on the main entrance of A,B,C,D,and E Cellhouse at the El Dorado Correctional Facility with equivalent or better. • Field measurement trip to verify handing, fit, and accuracy of all measurements. • Remove the existing doors and frames. Turn over to Owner for disposal. • Furnish and install (5) new 98”x88”, 12-gauge A60 galvannealed security hollow metal door grout fill frames. • Furnish and install (10) new 40”x84”x2”, 12-gauge A60 galvannealed security hollow metal doors, each with (1) 28” x 33” vision lite, (3) detention door hinges, and a raised door pull on each side. • Furnish and install (10) new Southern Steel 10120AE-2 locks (keyed 2-sided). • Furnish and install (20) new Southern Steel Mogul Cylinders pinned to existing codes. • Furnish and install (10) new LCN 2215 closer/DPS. • Furnish and install new door thresholds, new door sweeps, and weatherstripping for each door. • Furnish and install (10) pieces of 28” x 33”, ¾” Secur-Tem+Poly security glazing (1 piece per door). • Furnish (1) mogul keys for use with each of the new Southern Steel locks. • Reinstall existing intercom at each of the (5) openings. • Tools and parts will be inventoried in and out of facility each day • Area must be kept neat while work is being performed. Area needs to be clean and free of debris at the end of each business day. • Contractor will be escorted. • Work hours will be 0700 – 1500 M-F. Work will not be done on major holidays. • This is a Maximum Custody Correctional Facility, unexpected delays and interruptions are always a possibility.
