1.) Conduct 3-5 visioning, use case and requirements workshop(s) and a follow-on needs assessment, which informs and leads to a prioritized set of roadmap recommendations. Provide any pre-work preparation material for workshop attendees. 2.) Development, review and delivery of an Integration Roadmap for TPU that addresses all applicable use cases. 3.) Active consulting engagement; facilitate, gather and develop use cases, detailed requirements, develop full Business Case for implementation of roadmap – to include Cost Benefit Analysis, Resource Plan and project milestone implementation plans. 4.) Development and delivery of functional and technical specifications for all of TPU’s integration use cases. 5.) Development, review and delivery of publish-ready RFPs for each use case solution recommendation.
