Work will consist of the removal & disposal / recycling of waste tires from the Perdido Landfill at 13009 Beulah Road Cantonment Florida 32533. Hauler is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, tools and or accessories needed to complete the described tasks within this description of work. Bid prices should include all equipment, labor, transportation, environmental, recycling, and disposal fees. • Hauler will provide 90-100 cubic yard open top trailers suitable for waste tire loading and transportation. o Escambia County employees will load the trailer with Escambia County equipment and notify hauler for trailer trade out. • Hauler to provide proof of waste tire hauling permits as needed based on transportation routes and permits for the disposal / recycling facility for the processing of waste tires. Please include these items with bid submittal. • Hauler will cross Perdido Landfill scales for weights in and out. No scale fees will be charged. If tare weights are collected and stored, vehicles may bypass inbound scales and only weigh out. • Hauler will transport waste tires and dispose of or recycle at a permitted waste tire processing facility. • Hauler will invoice Escambia County on a monthly basis for services provided by ton.
