The contractor shall perform analytical services based on the utilization of methods found in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Publication SW-846 Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Wastes, Physical/Chemical Methods found at the following internet address http://www.epa.gov/epaoswer/hazwaste/test/sw846.htm, as appropriate. Contractor must be accredited to perform analysis in accordance with the methods listed below. 3.2.2 The contractor shall use methods referenced in 40 CFR 261.24 to analyze materials for toxicity characteristic constituents. 3.2.3 The contractor shall use the methods referenced in 40 CFR 261.21 to analyze materials for ignitability. 3.2.4 The contractor shall use the methods referenced in 10 CSR 20 – 7.015 to analyze wastewater from lagoon influent/effluent and storm water samples. 3.2.5 The contractor shall use the methods referenced in 40 CFR 136 to analyze wastewater from industrial processes prior to discharge to Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW). 3.2.6 The contractor shall use the methods referenced in 40 CFR 61 subpart M to analyze asbestos samples. 3.2.7 The contractor shall use EPA Method 537.1 to analyze PFAS in drinking water samples. Samples shall include a field reagent blank. 3.2.8 If requested, the contractor shall provide specified analysis of materials to include any Line Item listed in Exhibit A starting on Page 13. 3.2.9 The contractor shall furnish all containers, sampling instructions, completed chain of custody, completed sample container labels, coolers for transit or other alternatives to ensure samples arrive at appropriate temperature, shipping to and from the site indicated on the statement of work, and any specialized equipment required for sampling to the MOARNG...
