Must be low foaming. Must be liquid concentrate. Must remove any type of water emulsion floor coating. Must have a minimum shelf life of three months. Must be in one-gallon plastic containers that are properly labeled as required by all Federal and State Laws and applicable EPA and DHEC regulations including but not limited to product name, purpose, directions for use, safety requirements, warnings, etc. and packed four one-gallon containers per case. Preferred Brand: Breakaway, manufacturer # 0169-1 by ALCO or Equal Line 3. Floor Wax/Sealer Product Specifications: Must contain a minimum of 10% acrylic polymer solids. Must be a thermoplastic sealer and wax combination polymer floor finish product with high gloss retention and a minimum of medium gloss finish. Must be capable of being applied to various flooring types such as vinyl, asphalt, vinyl composition rubber, terrazzo, concrete, quarry tile, etc. Must be capable of being applied with a mop and help prevent scuffing, slipping and heel marking on floors when dry. Must be a ready to use product. Must have a minimum shelf life of 3 months.
