B. Annual Test and Inspection to Include: 1. All Control Panel Operations 2. All system smoke detectors 3. All audible devices 4. All manual pull stations 5. All heat detectors 6. Standby battery power 7. All zones for supervision 8. All remote annunciators 9. All outside strobes 10. All sprinkler flow and tamper switches 11. Proper transmission of alarms to the fire department 12. All carbon monoxide detectors 13. Cleaning of all applicable devices with compressed air or vacuum. 14. A report for each building, identifying each system component, its zone or address, its location within the building, and its test result. 15. An interim report for each building listing system components requiring repair, or other service. 16. All personnel must be capable of accessing hard to reach areas with limited space, at heights that may require additional equipment. It is the responsibility of the contractor to reach all listed equipment. No equipment will be allowed to be left untested. Tours of buildings available upon request.
