Specifications include, but are not limited to: ECCSS is seeking quotes for roofing repairs at a building located at 4 North College Street, Claxton, GA 30417. Repair is for portion of building not scheduled for demolition. Option 1 includes inspection, removal of damaged sections, and installation of new roofing materials per the specifications below. Option 2 includes inspection and patch and/or repair the existing roofing structure. Inspection of existing roof conditions. Option 1: Removal and disposal of damaged or compromised roofing materials. Installation of new roofing materials, including underlayment and flashing as required. Sealing and weatherproofing to meet or exceed local building codes and manufacturer recommendations. Option 2: Patch and/or repair existing roofing structure.
