Service Agreement must include: On-site response time within 48 hours. All parts (excluding consumables), labor and travel. Unlimited number of service calls. Unlimited telephone technical support. 1 preventative maintenance visit per year. PM requirement as stated below: GC PM –inspection of system, clean inlet-cooling fan, verify/adjust detector gas flows and run GC diagnostics. GCMS PM –inspection of system, clean ion source, change pump oil, clean cooling fans, check PFTBA level, check for proper vacuum operation and run TUNE. LC PM- Includes inspection of system; inspect/replace seals, pistons, plungers, check valves, ALS needs; run diagnostic. LCMS PM- Includes inspection of system; change pump oil; clean source; inspect filter; run diagnostic. Headspace AS PM- includes clean system; check tension and alignments; inspect/ clean sample probe; perform restriction test.
