Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of the exterior rehabilitation; includes but not limited to removal of all existing 1/4” plywood wainscot sheathing approximately 4,465 square feet; removal of all existing 1/4” plywood sheathing on 17qty. 7’ high decorative buttresses and 5qty. 12’ high buttresses and replacement with new 3/4” sheathing; repair of existing 3/4” plywood exterior sheathing where required or necessary; removal and replacement of dilapidated3/4” plywood steeple sheathing; removal and replacement of all existing battens and window trims approximately 1,210 lineal feet; temporary removal and re-installation of existing exterior electrical devices. Installation of new 5/16” thickness Hardie wall panels approximately 21,331 square feet on new Hadie wrap water resistive barrier approximately 21,331 square feet over the existing 3/4” plywood exterior sheathing. Installation of new pressure treated battens approximately 1,002 lineal feet as shown on the new elevations. Complete painting of the building exterior surface – Elastomeric paint to match color, installation of new Swale to be riprap lined D50 = 3” , 6” thick approximately 250 liner feet.
