Specifications include, but are not limited to: ECCSS is seeking quotes for the complete demolition of the building at 4 North College Street, Claxton, GA 30417; Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining and fees to building demolition and debris disposal. ○ Complete demolition of the structure and any ancillary facilities on the site. ○ Removal and proper disposal of all debris, including hazardous materials, if present. ○ Grading and leveling of the site post-demolition to ensure it is free of hazards and prepared for potential future use. ○ Erosion control measures as required by local regulations. Proposers are encouraged to provide a detailed breakdown of labor, equipment, materials, disposal, and additional costs as applicable.
