The college is seeking to purchase a mixture of new, unused weight room equipment for their Mental Academy Wellness Center. Brands are preferred; however, the college will consider an approved equal brand that can meet or exceed the specifications in addition to the supplier providing quarterly preventative maintenance for the equipment. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the proposed equipment with warranties and the proposed equipment must be installed by a trained weight equipment installer. The weight room equipment will be installed in a newly renovated space and as such the awarded supplier will work in collaboration with the college on logo set-up and decals, delivery, installation, testing, and maintenance of all weight room purchased equipment items.
