The Jackson County School System’s Board of Education (Owner) is seeking proposals from interested and capable Construction Management Firms for the construction of a “New PreK-12 Educational Facility” in Hoschton, GA. The project’s general scope includes: ● Building a new PreK-12 educational facility comprising multiple structures on an approximately 115-acre site located at the northwest corner of GA Hwy 332 and Boone Rd. in Hoschton, GA. ● The total area of all buildings, including athletic support facilities, is estimated to be 560,000 square feet, subject to change. ● The athletic facilities will feature a football stadium with an 8-lane track, baseball and softball fields, soccer/football practice fields, and tennis courts, along with necessary supporting amenities
