The proposed work is officially known as “Rights-of-Way Tree Cyclic Pruning and Demand Pruning/Cabling. The Village of Lombard is seeking a Contractor to perform both area-wide blockcyclic pruning in the winter of 2025 and pruning of individual parkway trees throughout the Village of Lombard. The duration of the contract runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with an option for 2026 and 2027. Work will be on an as-needed basis. Unless otherwise stated, the specifications contained herein detail how the pruning work shall be accomplished for both types of pruning. This demand service may also include the installation of cabling systems when needed. All of the above, as well as other project details, are further described in the contract documents for the said work as prepared by the Village of Lombard.
