The work for the ROBINSON GARDENS BOX CULVERT IMPROVEMENTS shall consist of but not be limited to, the complete and satisfactory construction of the following: Robinson Gardens • Construction of a 5.25’ (rise) x 7.5’ (span) concrete box culvert across Robinson Gardens in accordance with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) Permit (NAE-2024-00327). • Relocation of the adjacent 24” diameter reinforced concrete Jepson Brook Interceptor Sanitary Sewer. • Reconstruct concrete channel, wingwalls, and headwalls to accommodate the proposed culvert. • Construct water main extension to accommodate the new culvert. Water main extension/offset materials supplied by the City. • Modify existing garage and foundation at #40 Robinson Gardens per Haley Ward plans. Remove existing brick walkway and concrete patio at #40 Robinson Gardens. Extend driveway reconstruction at #40 Robinson Gardens to align with the back of the house. • Disassemble above-ground pool at #41 Robinson Gardens and reassemble pool after construction. • Box-cut and install roadway gravel. Pave disturbed roadway sections. Grind butt joins as needed. Repair lawn areas as necessary.
