KET is seeking a lighting director to develop a lighting plan, recommend all required broadcast lighting fixtures and accessories (for KET to purchase separately), and direct and oversee installation, aiming and focusing of fixtures. Contract period to begin November 1, 2024. Lighting director must have extensive experience and knowledge of broadcast television industry current best-practices and must be able to meet all technical lighting standards while also meeting aesthetic approval of supervising KET team. Demonstrated experience with contemporary LED television lighting fixtures and DMX control systems required. All work must meet electrical and safety standards. Deliverables must include: 1. Lighting plan/plot in CAD format 2. List (with quantities) of all required broadcast lighting fixtures 3. List (with quantities) of all required cables, hangers, and other accessories 4. Detailed work plan and schedule 5. Direct and oversee installation, aiming and focusing of all lighting fixtures
