he Division of Water is looking to contract with vendor(s) to provide a primary facility in Kent County and at least one secondary location each in Sussex and New Castle Counties, for training and testing purposes. Testing for On-Site Systems, Water Well Supply and Wastewater Facility Operators licensing/certification typically runs 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with the number of participants ranging from 20-50, plus up to 5 support staff. This solicitation does not include a need for test proctors; only space and equipment. Facility Requirement Rental space must allow for all participants and Division support staff to occupy a single space that is free of barriers that would diminish the ability of support staff to observe all participants. Site must allow for 60sq. ft. per occupant, access and egress included. Testing space must have set-up complete not less than one-hour prior to testing start time. Space must have tables, chairs, computers, power and internet connectivity. Uniform height and sized tables and chairs, arranged with three ft. of space between each occupant and between each row – for the number of registered applicants specified by the Division of Water representative.
