Trash Receptacle Specifications: 7) Victor Stanley S-424; Ironsites Series 36-Gallon Litter receptacles shall match existing at each Cemetery. 8) Trash receptacles shall match existing receptacles (at each site) and shall be regularly produced by the manufacturer for use at United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Cemeteries. 9) All fabricated metal components are steel shotblasted, phosphatized, etched, preheated and electrostatically powder-coated with TGIC polyester powder coatings. 10) Standard feature: Black plastic liner, formed lid attached to the frame with two vinylcoated steel aircraft cables, a high-density plastic liner, and rubber-tipped leveling feet on the base. 11) Interior black plastic liners produced on molds that manufacturer designed and owns. 12) Plastic liners are reinforced, ribbed, and molded for durability, ease of use, and greater capacity. 13) Trash and Vase Receptacles shall be new products, only.
