The Orleans Parish School Board (“OPSB”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the four subsequent fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office's (GAO) Government Auditing Standards, the provisions of 2 CFR part 200 entitled Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) published by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and the State of Louisiana Accounting and Auditing requirements as set forth in the Louisiana Governmental Audit Guide
