The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Services (EOEEA) (“Agency”) is seeking quotes from qualified vendors on statewide contract ITS61designatedITD Category A that can provide testing of the accessibility features of software and documentation of Appian (“Software Publisher”) to be delivered and configured by Software Publisher under a statement of work (“Software Publisher SOW”) entered by Software Publisher and Agency on or about 7/1/2024. Appian is a COTS platform that is being configured by a third party, Ignyte, to support multiple applications. This contract will support the testing of two applications to be delivered before 6/30/2025 – Grants and Human Resources (HR). The Grants application will be ready for testing in October/November, and the HR application will be ready for testing December/January.
