The Beaver Meadow Golf Course is New Hampshire's Oldest Golf Course, Established in 1896. The City is requesting proposals from qualified restaurant operators to manager and operate the restaurant operations as contract with the City of Concord. The restaurant provides daily restaurant and snack bar services during the golf season and winter indoor simulator season as well as on course beverage cart during applicable times and catering services for golf outings or other City sponsored events. The restaurant also has the option to provide private catering services in the function room and/or tent, during tent season. Beaver Meadow Golf Course is an extremely busy full-service municipal golf course that offers a full-service pro shop, memberships, daily fee play, golf leagues, lessons, golf outings, kids camp. During the winter, in addition to daily simulator play and leagues, Beaver Meadow also maintains a skating pond and grooms trails for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. The current restaurant vendor has been under contract with the City since 2022 and recently provided notice that they will be exiting the contract on November 30, 2024.
