SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: • Removal of debris/trash/garbage from the turf areas prior to mowing/edging • Mowing of all turf surfaces to appropriate seasonal heights. • Trimming around all buildings, structures, and other obstacles within the turf area • Edging all accessible sidewalks, patios, and concrete/asphalt edges along with line edging of flower beds. • Regular weeding of flower beds, ground covers, right of way where applicable & landscape areas to be performed to control weeds before they reach the flowering and seeding stages using chemical, mechanical and/or hand control methods. Apply pre-emergent weed and broadleaf treatment per approved schedule and adhere to all safety precautions in application. The contractor shall comply with all federal, local, and state laws and regulations for any weed control activities. • Removal of debris, grass clippings and/or fallen leaves from the premises and all hard surfaces including sidewalks and entry ways. No debris is to be blown into streets or storm drains. • Leaf blowing and removal: will occur during the Fall of each year per schedule and will continue until leaf drop ceases. • Storm debris pick up and disposal.
