As Southern Nevada continues to attract tourists, increase the number of special events, and experience increased residential growth, support personnel services are critical to ensure transit operations are effective and efficient. As a result of this growth, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is seeking contracted services from a firm that can successfully represent the RTC brand to provide customer services and monitor operations on RTC buses and at RTC bus stops, transit centers, on buses, and in the field. Specifically, scope of services for the operational support and staffing includes the following: • Provide a minimum of 150 hours per month for transit operations support, with a maximum of 300 hours per month • Provide a minimum of 60 hours per month for supplemental event coverage, with a maximum of 180 hours per month • Recruit, train, and provide oversight and reporting for the support personnel • Create a daily schedule, check-in system, and provide supervision of staff • Create weekly reporting of activities to RTC contract manager
