PLUMBING FIXTURES AND DISPENSER CLEANING 1.1 Shall be free of all deposits and stains so that the item is left without cleaning streaks, film, odor, or stains. 1.2 AREA INVOLVED: All restrooms; toilets and sinks. 1.3 FREQUENCY: Daily 2. SWEEPING 2.1 Properly swept floor is free of dirt, dust, grit, lint, and debris, except imbedded dirt and grit. 2.1.1 Corner and edges shall also be clean. 2.1.2 AREA INVOLVED: All hard floor surfaces in break room, waiting room, parts room, front office and entry way, rest rooms, hallway and stairway to upper mezzanine. 2.1.3 FREQUENCY: Daily 3. TRASH AND RECYCLING MATERIAL REMOVAL 3.1 All waste receptacles shall be emptied, and the contents shall be disposed of in the proper designated container provided by the City. 3.2 All used trash liners are to be replaced as needed. 3.3 AREA INVOLVED: All waste receptacles in the break room, waiting room, parts room, front office, restrooms, and waste receptacles throughout the garage. 3.3.1 FREQUENCY: Daily; as needed 3.4 AREA INVOLVED: Recycling containers in front office and parts room shall be emptied into specified containers. 3.4.1 FREQUENCY: Weekly 4. VACUUM 4.1 Properly vacuumed floor is free of all dirt, dust, grit, lint and debris with corners and edges also cleaned. 4.2 AREA INVOLVED: All mats and runners. 4.3 FREQUENCY: 2 times a week, as needed 5 METAL CLEANING 5.1 All cleaned metal surfaces are without deposits or tarnish and with a uniformly bright appearance. 5.1.1 Any over-spray from the cleaner is to be removed from adjacent surfaces. 5.1.2 AREA INVOLVED: All restroom and sink fixtures, drinking fountain, and door hardware 5.1.3 FREQUENCY: Weekly
