2.1 Included in the line-item attributes are line items asking for the content of sodium chloride as a percentage of total weight. 2.1.1 Solar Salt 2.1.2 Evaporated Salt 2.1.3 Gradation 2.2 Bidder may submit bids for either or both line items. 2.2.1 The City will select a primary and secondary bidder award. 2.3 Product shall be delivered to City of Lincoln Transportation and Utilities, Maintenance Operations Division at 901 West Bond Street, Lincoln, NE 68521. 2.3.1 Pricing shall include delivery. 2.4 Deliveries shall be made between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays. 2.5 Special arrangements may be made to receive deliveries at other times depending on weather and urgency. 2.6 Project Manager is Tim Byrne, Division head of LTU Maintenance Operations.
