Parkway School District is seeking bids from authorized vendors for the inspection, continued maintenance and purchase of kilns located throughout the District. The inspections listed herein shall be performed every two (2) years within the designated timeframe. This agreement shall be in effect for a period of two (2) years from date of the award. The first year of the agreement, the chosen vendor shall inspect the kilns located at the high schools and middle schools. The second year of the agreement, the remaining kilns, located at the elementary schools, shall be inspected. Based on awarded vendor performance, the District shall have the capability to extend this agreement, under the terms and conditions listed here in, one (1) two (2) year extension.
