The software was customized to meet the County’s needs under a previous contract, and is the only software identified by the County as meeting the following requirements: 1. Interfaces with the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) CARE system to automatically create and update client authorizations and demographics as well as automatically communicate changes to assigned providers. 2. Receives reports from the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) ESIT system to allow for creation and updating of client authorization and demographics, as well as communication of changes to assigned providers. 3. Creates provider billing spreadsheets based on each provider’s active client authorizations received from DSHS and DCYF imports. 4. Collects client outcome data required by DSHS and formats the data for compliance with the CARE system and DSHS requirements. 5. Creates custom-formatted reports and other documents that meet provider, County, and funder requirements for billing, reporting, and quality improvement.
