The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest (SW) District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the plant pick up of Hot Mix, Cold Mix and Winter Mix from various sites by MoDOT SW staff and trucks on an 'as-needed, if-needed' basis from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026 with three (3) oneyear renewal options. This bid pricing is for pick-up price only, NOT delivery; however, there is a delivery question included in Questionnaire portion of this IFB. When materials are needed, MoDOT SW will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as cost, availability, and project proximity to the plant location. This bid will be awarded on a "multiple award" basis.
