Vendor will uninstall and remove two (2) existing Hydrotherm model KN-10 low pressure boilers. Disposal of the units are at the Vendors expense. 2.2. Vendor will replace those boilers with current, high-efficiency condensing boilers, that will be approved by the Agency Project Manager. 2.3. Vendor will be required to ensure that equipment is compatible with and programmed for operation with the Agencies existing Building Automation System (Trane Ensemble). 2.4. Vendor will be responsible for programming and performing start-up. These activities are required for final acceptance of the scope of work. 2.5. Vendor will, after acceptance, schedule training of Agency personnel on the operation and maintenance of the new equipment. 2.5.1. Vendor will provide Agency with all appropriate manufacturer documentation for operation and maintenance.
