On site construction work can start at the conclusion of the school day on Thursday April 10, 2024 to prepare the construction safety zones and appropriate securing methods and solar panel removal and coordination. Contractor must begin coordination and submit shop drawings and submittals for approval of ordering equipment and materials prior to that date, but no activities can be conducted inside the building prior to the start date. A complete and realistic construction schedule to be submitted with the bid proposal of the trades, equipment and materials for the work scheduled.
