A. Work associated with EVAC service and repair shall include, but not limited to changing oil in vacuum pumps, changing all filter associated with vacuum pumps, check system for leaks, inspect discharge valves solenoids and check valves for replacement or repair, inspect EVAC control Panel to ensure all operating modes and alarm indicators are operational all PMs shall Be performed quarterly throughout the one (1) year preventive maintenance contract. If any Deficiencies are found during preventive maintenance service a quotation will be given for appropriate repairs. B. If deficiencies are found during PM visits a quotation will be given for appropriate repairs I. 1. Changing oil in all vacuum pumps. 2. Changing all filters associated with vacuum pump system. 3. Check vacuum system for all possible leaks. 4. Check discharge valves, solenoids, check valves for replacement or repair. 5. If deficiencies are found during PM visits a quotation will be given for appropriate repairs.
