The project scope of work includes the demolition and reconstruction of two natural grass practice fields (Fields #2 & #3) at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. The existing practice fields will have the field profiles removed down to subgrade including the irrigation and drainage infrastructure and re-built from a newly established subgrade. The new fields will be sand-based high-performance natural grass fields with new irrigation, new drainage, new electrical and communications, and new synthetic turf perimeter aprons. Contractor will also rework/replace existing site fence, construct concrete cast-in-place retaining walls and remove and reinstall four football field goal posts complete with netting and accessories.
