The Access Control Systems service must include, but is not limited to the following services: New building installation of the C-CURE 9000 system including: Consultation on system design for specific buildings reflecting the needs of the Agencies occupying the space Purchase of door readers, controllers, hardware and locking mechanisms as specified in the approved design. Removal of existing systems Installation of door readers at designated locations Installation of door hardware and locking mechanisms on designated doors Installation of door controller hardware is designated locations Application of system encryption keys as necessary Pulling low voltage wire to connect door readers and hardware to controllers Testing of installation to verify proper operation Repair and maintenance, including emergency repairs, for existing installations throughout the State, including: Troubleshooting of controller, door reader, and door hardware problems Repair and/or replace defective hardware Assist in programing hardware Respond on site to trouble calls within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays Repair personnel must carry adequate hardware inventory to replace, repair, and/or maintain each system at the time dispatched Repair personnel must be prepared to provide an immediate replacement for defective equipment and shall not remove a defective unit without an immediate replacement Replacement and repair of equipment must be provided to a specific location, or within an assigned geographical area inside a location Provide programming and work individually with OCIO technology staff when installing new or maintaining previously installed systems.
